These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the https://lyamgtt.com/ website. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read these general terms and conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
I undertake to provide as much information as possible about the products sold on each product page. The colors of the photos of the products can vary slightly with the actual product.
The prices displayed on the shop are in Euros (€) and include shipping costs only for the products sent in Europ without any tracking option.
The price of shipping costs varies according to the weight and volume of the products sold and according to their destination (Europe or other countries). You can select a tracking option during the validation of the order.
METHOD OF PAYMENT
To pay for your order, you can use the secure online payment system PAYPAL or Stripe. I reserve the right to refuse to honour an order from a customer who has not paid for a previous order or with whom a payment dispute is in progress.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The shipment is made within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of your order.
Each order is packed with care to ensure its protection during its journey to your home.
The products sold are sent by « La Poste » by tracking letter, in France or abroad. Once the order has been sent, a tracking number is given to you so that you can follow your parcel on the « La Poste » website.
I cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery or lost/theft of the product once it has been dispatched, as the postal services are independent of my own activity. Nevertheless, in the event of late delivery or suspicion of loss/theft of your order, please inform me using the contact form on the site. I undertake to find out from « La Poste » what happens to your order and to find a solution.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: gift cards, downloadable products
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
